It is because of distance learning, students are able to continue their further education amidst certain difficulties. Correspondence courses in India are great opportunities for professionals because they can pursue education and their career, all at the same time. Students across the world are highly benefited with this type of education. Distance education in India is highly popular among busy professionals, housewives and economically unstable people.
Ranging from arts discipline to technical education, distance education is helping a lot of people to achieve their goals. The chief motto of distance studies is “education for all”. There are many universities offering correspondence courses to students. IGNOU, Osmania, Anna University, Sikkim Manipal and Symbiosis Center of Distance Learning are some of the top distance education universities in India.
Besides India, distance education is also available across the globe. Most of the universities abroad are offering online correspondence programs to international students. It is because of distance education system, many Indian students are getting degrees from foreign universities through online studies.
